I had an unusual experience at BM. We decided to order from them for our holiday lunch this week. When I first went on the website, there was a dire warning that, week of 11/24-28, they're not accepting orders online. I called, and they said, of course we are. So with my assurance in hand, I went to the site on Wednesday, and nope - no can do. I got shut out. Ah well - not a big deal. I resorted to calling instead. The tinge of panic and trepidation was detectable even as the young lady took our order for 12. I went to the store at the appointed time of 11:45, and was soon told by a sheepish employee that she's only half way through my order. No problem, I said, as I was determined to be understanding as well as patient. A few minutes on, they came to me again and said, they've got a problem - no meatloaf! It was going to be a 40 min. wait in addition. I said that won't do, and decided to substitute brisket instead. But since they only had half of what I needed for brisket, it was another 10-min. wait. All in all, I was waiting some 40 min. beyond the original time. But since they were apologetic and kept me informed, as well as provided discounts/bonuses, it was only mildly frustrating. Goes to show that you COULD recover from a service failure successfully. As I confided to my coworkers, this was my first experience at BM! I find their food "tasty" (read - abundantly salted), and not altogether bad. The chicken was better than the brisket was my initial thought, but upon tasting the brisket, it had a nice muscular beefy taste to it, and it wasn't as over-seasoned as the chicken. All the sides were good: the mac and cheese is very cheesy; the steamed veggies were a little undercooked (well the carrots were undercooked), while the creamed spinach was about average. When you order family meals, you can get a whole pie for $2 extra, and you can get a gallon of tea for $3. I do have a bone to pick with the tea containers. These are arguably more environmentally friendly (or at least cheaper to make), but the handle is not comfortable to hold (it cuts into your hand), while the sprout seal contains a minor hazard in some very sharp edges. Someone should look at that design again.

All I can say is O.M.G.!!!! No wonder Boston Market is not as busy as other restaurants. They should be ashamed of themselves. It looked like they had pigeons on the rotisserie not chickens. Hey toss them little guys back and let them grow up some. Even Walmart's rotisserie chicken is bigger and cheaper. God even the corn bread is smaller. It's almost like someone cut off the bottom part of it. Maybe that's what the employees get to eat for free, who knows.... The one nice thing they do is walk your food out to your table for you. Hum I wonder if that's so you don't trip on the cracks in the concrete floor. What, what it's possible, it could happen. Will I be back? Nah to expensive! Sorry! Boston Market Corporate if I were you I'd be looking to replace a few people and hire someone that knows better. Trust me you don't need a College Education to know how to make money and figure out where it's being wasted. Example: Payroll should Be around 20%. Bet it's much higher here....
My kids loved it but they are not picky. I thought the food was ok. It was nothing spectacular and way over priced. $30 for two kids meals a sandwich with hard bread and a weak excuse for a ceaser salad and a 1/4 piece of chicken and some veggies. Also I would rather not have to listen to an employee complain and argue with what appeared to be the manager the entire time we ate. Doubt I'll be back any time soon.

This is my first time ever eating at Boston Market. It never caught my attention till I saw an episode of Undercover Boss. I never see any advertisements on the internet or commercials, so I didn't really know what was it about. Great customer service from cashier Jessica P and although I was really slow ordering because it was my first time, she was really patient and nice. Nice hot food and the chicken really juicy and fresh. KFC, Bojangles, Churchs Kitchen & Popeyes, are amateurs next to this place. Will be returning again.

Wow, what a disappointment to this restaurant. Very poor management, The people consistently give bad or incorrect orders through drive through. The manager states, she don't know how to handle the issue. The food order is incorrect or bad selection of items that taste stale as it's been sitting out.. It appear they try to sell you bad meat , tie up the bad where you won't view the order, when you arrive at your location, you will have to settle for a bad meal, and they keep your hard earned money you paid for a quality meal. This place seems scheme and incompetent, you would get the impression that the drive through reps are somewhat retarded. Thumbs down !

Real plates. lol yes, this is how I start the review. Call me crazy, or maybe I just don't remember, but I have never been to a Boston Market that had real plates, other than this location. We had gone through the drive thru several times here and the food was always amazing. The chicken has a sweet skin and a delicious juicy meat, and the sides are awesome. I'm a sucker for the mac and cheese and for the mashed potatoes and gravy. But then one day we went inside and actually ate the food "dine in", and they brought the food to our table and there were real plates like if we were at an actual restaurant and not just a fast food joint. I was really surprised and it was a nice touch. I really don't remember any other location having real plates. Ok enough about the plates... so the service here is great. Very friendly staff. The prices are the same at every location due to it being a franchise, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it's pretty cheap. I really enjoy this location and choose it over the Altamonte location any day. UPDATE: lol ok so the day after I wrote this, I went to a different location and they had real plates as well and also brought the food to the table. So I guess it isn't just this location that does that... I had half a mind to just delete everything about the plates from this review but I chose to do this update instead haha... I need to be more observant because I have eaten at several locations and never noticed the plates before. My bad...

Boston Market is awesome on a rainy day or when you're in the mood for comfort food, but don't feel like making it yourself. The employees are lovely. Especially the night crew. This place was exactly what I need after a rainy, lazy Sunday.

I've got to say that I've never been to a fast food restaurant where the staff is soooo focused on customer service. Even after getting our meal and sitting down, three different (sincerely) friendly employees stopped by to ask if we needed anything. They definitely hire great people. And, by the way, the food is good too!

They consistently have juicy chicken and tasty, fresh side dishes. Pretty impressive for a chain restaurant. It's hard to get a half chicken where the breast doesn't feel dry and brittle; at Boston Market (at least this branch) they manage to have the skin sweet and the meat juicy.

This was my 2nd visit ever to a Boston Market and I can't say I remember my 1st visit. On vacation we decided to try this for dinner, I have to agree with previous comment the rotisserie chicken we ordered was VERY VERY juicy and skin did have a sweetness to it. Our sides, Mac n cheese, loaded potatoes, and cornbread were equally delicious. Also was pleased with the immediate friendliness of the employees working.

I came here three days ago and ate with my fiancé and his mother for dinner. We hadn't eaten all day. My fiancé ordered a turkey pot pie, his mother ordered a meal, and I ordered a chicken pot pie. It was my first time eating it, and it seemed to taste okay... Shortly after, I got home and within two hours, I was doubled over in pain. I couldn't understand why I had such a sharp pain in my stomach. I then started to sweat and eventually vomited and had diarrhea. This happened for the rest of the night into the next morning. My fiancé and his mother were completely fine, so I'm assuming it was something with the chicken, possibly being undercooked or stored improperly or just old... I guess it also could have been someone not properly washing their hands. Whatever it is, it could have been well avoided. It's now been three days after eating there. The symptoms subsided yesterday, although I felt very weak, and they randomly popped up again this morning. I'm not sure how long this will continue, but I may have to go to the hospital if it continues at this rate. So, for future reference to everyone handling food there, please be aware that you have people's lives in your hands. I couldn't imagine how an elderly or immunocompromised person would have been able to deal with this!
